Egg

Step 1

Melt a knob of butter in a crepe pan or a large frying pan. Place the galette and crack the egg in the center - be careful not the break the yolk. Season.

Ham (deli slices)
Shredded cheese

Step 2

When the egg white begins to cook, add the grated cheese and a slice of ham. Fold the galette into a half moon or square shape. Leave to fry for 2 more minutes and serve!

Step 3

Repliez la galette en carré ou en demi lune. Laissez griller 2 minutes, c'est prêt !
