Gnocchi (skillet)

Step 1

Preheat the oven to 200°C. Heat a drizzle of oil in a pan over medium heat. Add the gnocchi & sauté for 3-4 min until golden brown.

Step 2

Once the gnocchi are golden, add 2-3 tablespoons of water. Cover and cook for 1 more min. Réservez.

Comté cheese

Step 3

Meanwhile, cut the cheese into thin strips.

Ham (deli slices)

Step 4

Cut the ham into pieces.

Crème fraîche

Step 5

Add the gnocchi & the 'crème fraîche'. Mix well.

Step 6

Add the ham & comté cheese. Mix again. Season with salt & pepper & bake for 10 min at 200°C.

Chives (fresh)

Step 7

Once the cheese is melted & golden brown, remove the dish from the oven. Top with minced chives & serve with a side of green salad. dressed to your liking. Enjoy!
