Shallot
Garlic

Step 1

Peel the shallots, cut them in 4, add them to the stainless steel bowl with the peeled garlic. Start the expert program, 4 minutes/speed 2A/110°C.

Andouille sausage (smoked)

Step 2

Press pulse for about 10 seconds to blend the shallots and garlic. Scrape down the sides, add a knob of butter and the sliced sausages.

White wine
Arborio rice

Step 3

Add the rice to the stainless steel bowl and start the expert program, 4 minutes/speed 2A/110°C. After 2 minutes, add the white wine through the opening.

Chicken bouillon (cube)

Step 4

At the end of the program, add 250 ml of water/person, the bouillon cube, salt and pepper. Start the expert program, 18 minutes/speed 2A/110°C.

Comté cheese

Step 5

At the end of the program, add the grated gruyere cheese to the stainless steel bowl. Start the expert program 2 minutes/speed 2A/110°C.
