Leeks

Step 1

Preheat the oven to 180°C and put a large pot of water to boil. Cut the ends of the leeks then cut them in 10 to 15 cm.

Step 2

Dip the leeks in the pot of boiling water and cook for 5 minutes.

Ham (deli slices)

Step 3

Drain the leeks and cut them in half.

Shredded cheese
Heavy cream

Step 4

Add the pre-cooked leek into an oven-proof dish. Season with salt & pepper.Top with the grated cheese, cream* & ham slices cut into pieces. Add another layer, if needed. *Check out our tips for this step

Step 5

Bake for 30 minutes and serve.
