The perfect grilled cheese for raclette lovers!
Stovetop, Frying pan
Step 1
Peel then finely slice the onions.
Step 2
Wash then finely slice the mushrooms.
Step 3
Heat a drizzle of olive oil in a pan over medium heat. Add the onions and mushrooms. Add salt and pepper and brown them for 5 to 6 minutes.
Step 4
Spread the two slices of bread with crème fraîche. Salt and pepper.
Step 5
On one of the two slices, add the sautéed onions and mushrooms then the slices of raclette cheese.
Step 6
Close the grilled cheese with the second slice of sandwich bread.
Step 7
Melt a knob of butter in a pan over medium heat. Brown the grilled cheese for 2 minutes on each side, so that it is nicely browned. Turn off the heat, cover the pan and let sit off the heat for 1 minute.
Step 8
Cut the grilled cheese in half, if desired. Serve it with the green salad seasoned to your taste and enjoy immediately. It's ready.
