Next, add the sliced ham, some arugula and top with a slice of bread.

In a frying pan on medium heat, add a drizzle of olive oil. Cook the sandwich for 2 minutes on each side, or until the cheese is melted and the bread is golden brown.

Step 5

Cut the grilled cheese in half or quarters. Best served hot!
