Step 1

Heat a pot with 1 1/2 cups of water per person. Bring to the boil, adding the noodles. Cook according to pack instructions.

Curry paste (green)

Step 2

Serve the noodles and stock in a bowl, add the curry paste, coconut milk (optional: the noodle flavorings), mix.
