Green beans (fresh)

Step 1

Boil a pot of water. Wash and trim the green beans if necessary. Put them in the boiling water with a pinch of salt and cook for 10 minutes. Once cooked, run under cold water to stop the cooking.

Feta cheese (block)
Hazelnuts
Lemon
Cilantro (fresh)

Step 2

Strain the beans, put them in a bowl along with the crumbled feta, crushed hazelnuts, chopped herbs, lemon zest, olive oil, salt and pepper. Mix and enjoy!
