Step 1

In a pot of boiling water, cook the green beans for about 3 minutes then set aside.

Red onion
Sun-dried tomatoes

Step 2

Meanwhile, peel and cut the red onion into thin slices. Cut the sun-dried tomatoes into small pieces.

Spring mix lettuce
Feta cheese (block)
Chickpeas (canned)

Step 3

On a plate, add the lettuce, green beans, previously drained chickpeas, red onions, sun-dried tomatoes and crumbled feta.

Step 4

Season to taste. It's ready !
