Step 1

In a pot of salted water, cook the quinoa for 15 minutes. After 5 minutes have passed, add the green beans and cook for the remaining 10 minutes. Once cooked, rinse and strain.

Radish

Step 2

Finely slice the radishes.

Feta cheese (block)
Mint (fresh)

Step 3

Serve the quinoa with the green beans, top with the radish and crumbled feta. (Optional: add some fresh mint). Season and add some olive oil.
