Beef (top round steak)

Step 1

In a pan on high heat, add a drizzle of olive oil and the steak.

Step 2

Cook for 2 minutes on each side (or longer depending on how you like your meat cooked).

Step 3

Remove from the heat and season with salt & pepper.

Step 4

Transfer the steak to a cutting board and let it rest for 5 minutes (this makes the meat more tender!).

Cucumber

Step 5

Wash the cucumber and cut it into thin slices.

Lemon
Feta (marinated)

Step 6

In a small bowl, mix 2 tablespoons of olive oil, lemon juice, salt & pepper.

Beef (top round steak)

Step 7

Cut the steak into thin slices.

Salad (lamb's lettuce-arugula mix)
Cucumber
Beef (top round steak)
Feta (marinated)
Lemon

Step 8

Add the salad, cucumber, steak, feta and sauce to a serving plate. Top with lemon juice, salt & pepper and enjoy!
