Pasta (fusilli or rotini)

Step 1

In a pot of salted boiling water, cook the pasta according to package instructions. Once cooked through, drain the pasta & rinse under cold water to stop the cooking.

Cherry tomatoes

Step 2

Meanwhile, wash & slice the cherry tomatoes in half.

Cucumber

Step 3

Wash & small dice the cucumber.

Red onion

Step 4

Peel & finely mince the onions.

Black olives (pitted)

Step 5

Drain & finely chop the olives.

Feta cheese (block)
Seasoning powder

Step 6

In a salad bow, combine : the cold pasta, cherry tomatoes, cucumber, olives, onions & crumbled feta cheese. Add a drizzle of olive oil & the powder seasoning. Stir to combine.

Step 7

Serve the Greek pasta salad in a plate. Re-season to taste & enjoy !
