Pasta (fusilli or rotini)

Step 1

Cook the pasta according to the instructions on the package. Once cooked, rinse under cold water and place in a bowl.

Step 2

While the pasta is cooking, wash the veggies and cut them into cubes. Finely chop the onions and cut the olives.

Step 3

Add the tomatoes, cucumber, onion, olives, feta, salt & pepper to the bowl with the pasta. (Optional: Add fresh or dried oregano.) Add 1 tablespoon of olive oil per person, mix and enjoy!
