Step 1
Heat a drizzle of olive oil in a skillet over medium heat. Add the chicken. Season with salt and pepper, and brown for 2 to 3 minutes on each side. Add a drizzle of water, cover, and continue cooking for 3 to 4 minutes.

Meanwhile, wash and cut the cherry tomatoes in half.

Wash and cut the cucumber into small cubes.
Step 4
Peel and cut the red onions into thin strips.
Step 5
Once golden brown and cooked, remove the chicken from the heat and shred it.
Step 6
In a bowl, combine the cucumber, cherry tomatoes, olives, chicken, crumbled feta, yogurt, and oregano. Season with pepper and add the red onion.
Step 7
Warm the tortillas and add the Greek chicken salad to the center. Fold both edges of the wrap inward, then roll it up tightly. Cut the wrap in half if desired. It's ready!
