A Greek-style pita perfect for any lunch or dinner!
Make sure you have...
Oven, Stovetop, Frying pan
Step 1
Preheat the oven to 200°C. Arrange the fries on a baking tray lined with baking paper & bake for the cooking time indicated on the package.
Step 2
Meanwhile, heat a frying pan with a drizzle of olive oil then brown the chicken for 2 minutes over high heat on one side. Add salt and pepper. Turn it over and cook for another 8 minutes over medium heat. Add salt and pepper.
Step 3
Thinly slice the red onion.
Step 4
Once the chicken is cooked, cut it into slices.
Step 5
Cut the pita bread in half then garnish each half with the tzatziki, grilled chicken, red onions.* Add chopped parsley if you have it. *Check out our tips for this step
Step 6
Take the fries out of the oven and serve them with the pita bread. Enjoy!
For a truly flavoursome dish, we suggest adding cherry tomatoes, diced cucumber & salad leave inside the pita breads.
