Gnocchi (skillet)

Step 1

Preheat the oven to 200°C. Melt a knob of butter in a pan, on medium-high heat. Add the gnocchi & sauté for 3-4 min, until golden.

Step 2

Once the gnocchi are golden, add 2-3 tablespoons of water. Cover and cook for 1 more min.

Gnocchi (skillet)

Step 3

Transfer the cooked gnocchi to an oven-proof dish. Season with salt & pepper.

Heavy cream
Gorgonzola

Step 4

Add the cream & half of the gorgonzola cheese. Mix to combine.

Walnuts

Step 5

Add the rest of the gorgonzola cheese on top & the roughly crushed walnuts, if using. Cook in the oven for 10 min at 200°C.

Step 6

Once the cheese has melted & the gnocchi is golden, remove the dish from the oven. Serve warm with a side of green salad. Enjoy !
