Cinnamon (ground)
Ginger (ground)

Step 1

Add all the ingredients to the Thermomix with 1 pinch of ground black pepper (yes, pepper!). Add the whisk and cook for 8 minutes/90°C/speed 2.

Step 2

Serve and sweeten according to your taste: sugar, agave syrup, honey, (if you are non-vegan) or maple syrup then serve it hot!
