Figs (fresh)

Step 1

Preheat the oven to 200°C. Wash & slice the figs into thick rounds.

Goat cheese

Step 2

Prepare the whipped goat's cheese. In a bowl, combine : the goat's cheese & a drizzle of olive oil. Season to taste.

Country bread (sliced)
Walnuts
Honey

Step 3

Spread the whipped goat's cheese onto the bread slices & top with the figs or the fig jam. Sprinkle over with chopped nuts & a drizzle of honey.

Step 4

Arrange the toasts on baking tray lined with parchment paper & grille for 10 min, until the cheese has melted & is lightly golden.

Cured ham
Spring mix lettuce

Step 5

Serve the toasts with torn pieces of prosciutto on top & a side of salad seasoned to taste. Enjoy !
