Step 1

In a pan on high heat, cook the pine nuts until golden brown (about 2 minutes). Mix frequently to avoid burning.

Goat's cheese (log)

Step 2

Cut the goat cheese into slices.

Avocado

Step 3

Cut the avocado in half, remove the pit and slice thinly.

Honey
Red wine vinegar

Step 4

In a small bowl, mix 1 tablespoon of honey, 1 tablespoon of vinegar and 1 tablespoon of olive oil per person. Season with salt & pepper and mix.
