Tomato

Step 1

Wash & cut the tomatoes into thin slices.

White bread (sliced)
Red pesto

Step 2

Spread the tomato pesto on both slices of sandwich bread.

Ham (deli slices)

Step 3

Add the tomato slices & ham to one of the two slices of bread.

Goat cheese (log)

Step 4

Cut the goat cheese into rounds & add them on top of the ham. Close the sandwich.

Step 5

Melt a knob of butter in a pan over medium heat. Brown the grilled cheeses for 2 minutes on each side, until golden brown. Turn off the heat, cover the pan & let sit off the heat for 1 minute.

Step 6

Cut the grilled cheeses in half & enjoy !
