Step 1

Preheat the oven to 200°C. Cut the goat cheese into rounds, putting 2 pieces on each slice of bread.

Walnuts
Honey
Spring mix lettuce

Step 2

Add the crushed walnuts, a drizzle of olive oil and honey. Season with salt & pepper. Grill for 10 minutes in the oven. Serve with a green salad. Enjoy!
