Stovetop, Pot (small), Colander, Frying pan

Gnocchi

Step 1

In a pot of salted boiling water, add the gnocchi & cook according to package instructions. Once cooked through, drain the gnocchi.

Step 2

Melt a dab of butter in a pan, over medium heat. Add the gnocchi & cook for 2 mins, until golden brown.

White wine

Step 3

Deglaze with the white wine & continue cooking for another 30 sec.

Heavy cream
Garlic
Thyme (fresh)
Parmesan (grated)

Step 4

Add the cream, grated garlic, thyme & grated parmesan. Stir & cook for 3-4 min, until the sauce thickens.

Step 5

Serve the creamy gnocchi topped with thyme, grated parmesan & freshly grated pepper. Enjoy !
