Gnocchi

Step 1

Cook the gnocchi according to package instructions. Drain once cooked through.

Heavy cream
Parmesan (grated)
Thyme (fresh)
Garlic

Step 2

Pour the cream in a large pot or pan on medium heat. Add the thyme and grated garlic. Add the parmesan and mix. After 1-2 minutes, the cream should be homogenous.

Step 3

Add the gnocchi to the parmesan cream. Mix to coat the gnocchi in the sauce.

Step 4

Serve the gnocchi with some extra parmesan, thyme & freshly grated pepper. Enjoy !
