Oven
Step 1
Preheat the oven to 200°C. Peel the red onions, then cut them into quarters.
Step 2
Wash, then cut the mushrooms in half or quarters, depending on their size.
Step 3
If desired, peel the butternut squash. Cut it in two lengthwise. Remove the seeds, then it then cut it into small cubes.
Step 4
Cut the sausage into rounds.
Step 5
On a baking sheet, add the gnocchi, squash, mushrooms and onions. Add a drizzle of olive oil, salt, pepper and sprinkle with rosemary. Mix.
Step 6
Add the sausage slices on top of the vegetables and bake for 25 minutes at 200°C.
Step 7
Remove the tray from the oven and serve with a few shavings of parmesan on top. Enjoy!
