Gnocchi

Step 1

Preheat the oven to 220°C. In a large pot of salted boiling water, cook the gnocchi until they start to float. Drain thoroughly.

Tomato purée
Garlic
Herbes de Provence

Step 2

Add the gnocchi to an oven-proof dish. Cover with the tomato sauce* & season with salt, pepper, grated garlic & herbes de Provence. Stir to combine. Check out our tips for this step

Mozzarella (fresh)

Step 3

Top with the shredded mozzarella & bake for 15 minutes at 220°C.

Step 4

Remove the dish from the oven & top with fresh basil, if you have some. Serve with a side of green salad & enjoy !
