Step 1
Preheat the oven to 220°C. Wash & halve the peppers, removing the heart & seeds. Thinly slice them.

Step 2
Peel & thinly slice the onions.


Step 3
Heat a drizzle of olive oil in a pan over medium heat. Add the grated garlic, onions, bell peppers & half of the 'herbes de Provence'. Season with salt & pepper. Mix well & sauté for 6-7 min.


Step 4
In an oven-proof dish, add : the gnocchi, grilled veggies & tomato sauce.* Season with salt, pepper & the rest of the 'herbes de Provence'. Mix well to combine. *Check out our tips for this step

Step 5
Top with the shredded mozzarella & bake for 15-20 min at 220°C.
Step 6
Once the cheese is melted & lightly golden, remove the dish from the oven. Top with fresh basil, if you have some & serve with a side of green salad. Enjoy!

For a truly flavoursome dish, we suggest adding sautéed courgettes & bacon bits.
