Broccoli (fresh)

Step 1

Cut broccoli into florets. If the florets are too large, cut them in half.

Step 2

Place the broccoli in a pot of boiling salted water and cook for 2 minutes.

Gnocchi

Step 3

After 2 minutes, pour the gnocchi into the same pan as the broccoli. Let cook for 2 more minutes.

Heavy cream
Gorgonzola

Step 4

Meanwhile, in a saucepan over medium heat, pour in the cream. Season with salt and pepper and add the Gorgonzola. Once the sauce becomes fluid, turn off the heat.

Step 5

Drain the gnocchi and broccoli.

White mushrooms (whole)

Step 6

Cut the mushrooms into thin slices

Step 7

Serve the gnocchi with the gorgonzola sauce and a few slices of mushrooms. Season to taste. It's ready to go!
