Step 1
Wash & slice the broccoli into florets. Cut the florets in halves or quarters, depending on their size.
Step 2
In a pot of salted boiling water, cook the broccoli for 2 min, over medium heat.
Step 3
Add the gnocchi in the pot & continue cooking for another 2 min.
Step 4
Meanwhile, prepare the gorgonzola sauce. In a second saucepan, add the crème fraîche. Season with salt & pepper & add the gorgonzola. Stir to combine over low heat, until fully melted & creamy.
Step 5
Onc cooked through, drain the gnocchi & broccoli.
Step 6
Wash & cut the mushrooms into very thin slices.
Step 7
Serve the gnocchi & broccoli in a plate. Top with the creamy gorgonzola sauce & the mushroom slices. Re-season to taste & enjoy !
