Step 1

In a pot of salted boiling water, cook the pasta according to package instructions. Once cooked through, drain the pasta.

Smoked salmon

Step 2

Meanwhile, slice the smoked salmon.

Crème fraîche
Lemon

Step 3

In the pot with the drained pasta, add : the crème fraîche, lemon zest & juice.

Parmesan

Step 4

Add the smoked salmon & grated parmesan cheese. Season to taste with salt & pepper & stir to combine.

Step 5

Serve the smoked salmon & lemon pappardelle in a plate. Top with lemon zest & extra grated parmesan. Enjoy !
