Cooked shrimp

Step 1

If needed, thaw the shrimp & shell it.

Gluten-free Pasta (long)

Step 2

In a pot of salted boiling water, cook the pasta according to package instructions. Towards the end of cooking, reserve a small ladle of cooking water & drain the pasta.

Garlic
Mild chile powder, ground (Espelette)

Step 3

Meanwhile, heat a drizzle of olive oil in a pan, over medium heat. Add the grated garlic, shrimp & 'piment d'Espelette'. Sauté for 2 min.

Heavy cream
Parsley (fresh)

Step 4

Add the drained pasta to the pan with the reserved pasta water, 'crème fraîche' & minced parsley.* Stir to combine & continue cooking for 1-2 min. *Check out our tips for this step

Step 5

Serve the spaghetti & shrimp scampi in a bowl or a plate. Drizzle with olive oil & re-season to taste. Enjoy !
