Step 1

Chop the apricots.

Pistachios (roasted)

Shell and coarsely chop the pistachios.

Apple cider vinegar

Make the dressing by mixing: the vinegar and 2 tablespoons of olive oil/person, salt, pepper.

Step 4

In a salad bowl, toss the salad with the dressing. Then add: the chopped pistachios and apricots and the gingerbread cut into small pieces, mix.
