A gingerbread, but moister and with chocolate - even better!

Step 1
Preheat the oven to 180°C. Heat the milk in a saucepan or in the microwave for 2 minutes. When it's hot, add the honey and stir until it dissolves.
Step 2
In your Digicook bowl, mix the flour, sugar, spices (optional: add 1/2 teaspoon powdered ginger and/or ground cinnamon if you want an even more intense flavor), baking soda (or yeast) and a pinch of salt.
Step 3
Mix at speed 2, gradually pouring in the milk, until you have a smooth texture. Pour the batter into a cake tin (preferably) and bake at 180°C for 40 minutes.
Step 4
Optional: serve with melted dark chocolate on top, yum yum!
