Step 1

Cook the rice according to the instructions on the package. Drain and set aside.

Peel the carrots and cut them into slices on the diagonal.

Cut the broccoli into florets.

Finely dice the garlic.

Add a drizzle of olive oil in a pan on medium heat and add the vegetables. Cook for 3 minutes.

Add half the garlic. Add half the grated ginger and a tablespoon of water per person. Season with salt, cover and cook for 5 minutes. Reserve at the end of cooking.

Add a drizzle of olive oil to a pan on high heat and cook the chicken on each side for 2 minutes (or longer depending on how thick the chicken is).

Remove the chicken from the pan and cut into strips.
