Step 1
Peel the onions, garlic & ginger.
Step 2
In the Digicook bowl, add : the onion, garlic & ginger. Close the bowl with the cap on top & start the program : speed 5 / 15 secs. Scrape the side of the bowl using a spatula.
Step 3
Add a drizzle of olive oil. Close the bowl with the cap on top & start the reverse program : 100°C / speed 1 / 5 min.
Step 4
Add the lentils, curry powder, coconut milk & 150ml of water per person. Close the bowl without the cap & start the reverse program : 100°C / speed 1 / 20 min.
Step 5
Serve the dahl with a drizzle of coconut milk & freshly grated pepper. Top with fresh coriander & coconut flakes, if you have some. Enjoy !
