Step 1

Épluchez et émincez finement l'oignon. Épluchez les gousses d'ail, hachez-les. Râpez le gingembre.

Dans le bol Cookeo, ajoutez l'oignon, un filet d'huile d'olive, l'ail, le gingembre et le curry. Mélangez et lancez la cuisson en mode dorer 2 minutes.

Ajoutez les lentilles corail, le lait de coco et mélangez. Versez 1/2 tasse d'eau par personne (15 cl environ), salez et poivrez. Lancez la cuisson sous pression pour 10 minutes.
