Thermomix
Step 1
Peel the onions, garlic & ginger.
Step 2
In the Thermomix bowl, add : the onion, garlic & ginger. Blend for 5 sec / speed 5. Scrape the side of the bowl using a spatula.
Step 3
Add a drizzle of olive oil & cook for 3 min / 120°C / reverse direction / speed 1.
Step 4
Add the lentils, curry powder, coconut milk & 150ml of water per person. Cover & cook for 20 min / 100°C / reverse direction / simmer mode.
Step 5
Serve the dahl with a drizzle of coconut milk & freshly grated pepper. Top with fresh coriander & coconut flakes, if you have some. Enjoy !
