Step 1

Heat a pan with a drizzle of olive oil, add the finely chopped garlic, then the gnocchi. Fry according to the time indicated on the package. While stirring regularly, cut the tomatoes in half and add them.

Feta cheese (block)

Basil (fresh)

Step 2

Cook until golden, then turn off the heat. Mix the feta, ricotta and olive oil in a bowl. Chop the basil.

Step 3

Once the gnocchi are cooked, divide them between the plates. Add the cheese, basil, (optional: arugula), salt, pepper, olive oil. Add pine nuts if you have any. Serve!
