Savoy cabbage (head)

Step 1

Wash & finely slice the cabbage.

Pancetta (cubed)
Garlic

Step 2

In a hot saucepan, add the bacon bits* & grated garlic. Sauté for 2 min, over high heat. *Check out our tips for this step

Add the cabbage and mix.

Step 4

Add 250ml of water per serving. Season with salt & pepper. Stir, cover & leave to simmer for 15 min, over medium heat.

Cannellini beans (cooked)

Step 5

After 15 minutes, add the beans. Stir, cover & leave to simmer for another 5 min.

Step 6

Once the soup is ready, serve it in a bowl & re-season to taste. Enjoy !
