Potatoes (diced)

Step 1

Cook the potatoes according to the instructions on the package (about 15 minutes on medium heat in a pan). Stir frequently and season with salt & pepper.

Roquefort Cheese
Crème fraîche

Step 2

While the potatoes are cooking, heat a pan to low heat and slowly melt the blue cheese and crème fraîche. Season with salt & pepper and set aside.

Flank steak

Step 3

5 minutes before the potatoes are done cooking, heat a pan on high heat. Add a dab of butter and cook the steak for 2 minutes on each side. (Cook for longer depending on how you like your meat cooked)
