Step 1

Preheat the oven to 180°C. Whisk the eggs in a bowl with a fork, season with salt and pepper and mix again.

Spinach (fresh)
Feta cheese (block)

Step 2

Add in the spinach and crumbled feta cheese.

Step 3

Take a baking dish (a cake or pie tin), grease it with butter or oil.

Step 4

Pour the contents of the bowl into it, and bake for 15 to 20 minutes.

Step 5

Gently remove the frittata from the pan. Serve with a small green salad. And enjoy!
