Step 1

Wash the endive and separate the leaves.

Figs (fresh)

Wash and slice the figs.

Walnuts
Apple cider vinegar

Step 3

In a salad bowl, add the endives, figs, walnuts (or hazelnuts), the crumbled gorgonzola, 1 tablespoon of olive oil per portion, the vinegar, and salt and pepper to taste. Toss to combine.
