Stovetop, Pot (small), Frying pan

Egg

Step 1

Cook the eggs in a pot of boiling water, for 9 minutes. Once cooked, place in cold water.

Bacon

Step 2

In a pan, cook the bacon for 2 minutes on each side. Roughly chop.

Egg

Step 3

Once the eggs have cooled, peel and chop in half lengthways. Remove the yolk and put into a bowl (saving a bit to garnish with).

Mayonnaise

Step 4

Season the yolks and mash with a fork. Add mayonnaise and mix.

Step 5

If you have any, add the mixture into a freezer bag, twisting into a cone and snipping off the end. Pipe into the eggs. If you don't have a bag, just use a teaspoon.

Paprika
Chives (fresh)

Step 6

Add the toppings: crumbled egg yolk, bacon, paprika, fresh herbs. Serve!
