A creamy polenta with a surprise hidden inside... delicious runny eggs!
Oven, Stovetop, Pot (small), Whisk, Baking dish
Step 1
Preheat the oven to 220°C.
Step 2
Boil the milk in a saucepan, with salt and pepper. Add the polenta, stirring with a whisk for 3 to 4 minutes until it has a creamy texture. Stir in half of the grated parmesan and a little more milk if it is too thick.
Step 3
Salez, poivrez et incorporez la moitié du parmesan râpé dans la polenta et un peu plus de lait si trop épais.
Step 4
Butter (or oil) a baking pan. Spread the polenta into the mould, add the torn up ham and spinach. With a spoon make holes in the polenta and break in the eggs. Sprinkle with the rest of the parmesan.
Step 5
À l'aide d'une cuillère, faites des trous dans la polenta et cassez-y les oeufs. Saupoudrez du reste parmesan.
Step 6
Bake for 10 to 15 minutes, depending on how you like your eggs. Let cool 5 minutes before serving. Salt and pepper, it's ready!
