Shallot

Step 1

Peel then slice the shallots thinly.

Eggplant

Step 2

Wash then cut the eggplants into pieces.

Ground pork

Step 3

In a hot pan, add the ground pork. Brown it for 2 to 3 minutes, over high heat, stirring to loosen the pieces. Add the shallots and continue cooking for 3 to 4 minutes. Reserve.

Step 4

In the same pan, heat a drizzle of olive oil over medium heat. Add the eggplant. Add salt and pepper and brown them for 2 to 3 minutes. Add a little water, cover and continue cooking for 7 to 8 minutes.

Step 5

Once the eggplant is cooked, add the meat and mix.

Precooked noodles (ramen)

Step 6

Add the noodles with 1 tablespoon of water per person. Cover and cook for 2 to 3 minutes & mix well.

Step 7

Add the seasoning packet or ground garlic, ginger & a teaspoon of sweet soy sauce per person. Mix again & continue cooking for an additional 2 minutes.

Avocado
Sesame seeds

Step 8

On a plate or bowl, serve the fried noodles with avocado slices. Sprinkle with sesame seeds. Serve & enjoy!
