Red onion

Step 1

Peel & thinly slice the red onions.

Avocado

Step 2

Slice the avocado in half. Remove the skin & the pit. Thinly slice the avocado.

Cooked shrimp
Garlic
Lime
Taco seasoning

Step 3

In a bowl, add : the shrimps, grated garlic, lime juice, a drizzle of olive oil & taco seasoning. Season with pepper & mix well.

Step 4

In a hot pan, add the shrimp. Sear for 2-3 min, over high heat.

Flour tortilla (medium)
Cilantro (fresh)

Step 5

Garnish the tortilla with the shrimps, avocado, onions & fresh coriander, if you have some. Re-season to taste & top with a drizzle of lime juice. Close the shrimp tacos & enjoy !
