Step 1
Heat a drizzle of oil in a skillet. Add the shrimp and the minced or grated garlic.
Step 2
Sauté for 4 minutes over medium-high heat.

Thinly slice the avocado.
Step 4
Peel and thinly slice the red onion.
Step 5
When the shrimp are heated through, transfer them to the tortilla and add the avocado, red onion, a squeeze of lime and some fresh cilantro.
Step 6
Season to taste. Optional: Add a few dashes of hot sauce. It's taco time!
