Easter has the best candies, right? Why not try these delicious cookies loaded with your favorite Easter candy : - )
Oven
Step 1
Preheat the oven to 220°C. Coarsely crush half of the candies and chocolate eggs. Reserve the other half to decorate the cookies.
Step 2
In a bowl, mix the soft butter with the sugar.
Step 3
Break the eggs and mix them vigorously until you obtain a smooth paste.
Step 4
Then add the flour, yeast and a pinch of salt (optional). Mix again until you obtain a homogeneous paste.
Step 5
Add the candies and crushed eggs to the mixture and mix. Refrigerate for 30 minutes.
Step 6
After 30 minutes, remove the cookie dough from the refrigerator and make balls of approximately 4 cm, using an ice cream scoop or your hands* Place them on a baking sheet covered with parchment paper. Bake for 8 minutes at 220°C. *Consult our tips for this step
Step 7
Once golden on the edges, remove the cookies from the oven. Add the reserved candies and chocolate eggs to the top of the still warm cookies, pressing them in lightly. It's ready !
To make batches of cookies at any time, freeze the raw cookie balls & bake off when you want!
