Step 1
In a pot of boiling water, carefully add the eggs & cook for 10 minutes. Once cooked through, plunge the eggs into a bowl of ice water to stop the cooking. Set aside for 5 min.
Step 2
Carefully peel the eggs. Halve the eggs, lengthwise.
Step 3
Carefully scoop out the yolks into a bowl.
Step 4
Mash the yolks with a fork. Add mayo, mustard, paprika, salt & pepper. Mix well until smooth & creamy.
Step 5
Transfer the yolk mixture to a plastic zip bag. Push the mixture towards one corner. Cut a corner off of the bag to create a piping tip.
Step 6
Pipe the mixture evenly into the center of the egg whites.
Step 7
Garnish with a pinch of paprika & serve. Enjoy!
