Step 1
Wash & slice the cucumber into thin strip lengthwise. Season with salt, pepper & a drizzle of olive oil. Mix to coat & set aside.
Step 2
Slice the comté cheese into thin strips.
Step 3
Cut the turkey into large strips.
Step 4
Heat a drizzle of olive oil in a pan, over high heat. Add the curry powder & stir for 15-20 sec. Add the turkey & sauté for 2 min on each side, until cooked through. Season with salt & pepper.
Step 5
Spread the cream cheese on both bread slices.
Step 6
On both bread slices, add the comté. On the base, add : the sliced cucumber, turkey & arugula. Close the sandwich with the other slice of bread, cheese-side facing down. Repeat the process for the remaining grilled cheese sandwiches.
Step 7
Heat a dab of butter in a pan, over medium heat. Add the grilled cheese sandwiches & cook for 2 min on each side, until nicely toasted & golden. Cover the pan & remove from the heat. Leave to set for 1 min.
Step 8
Slice the grilled cheese sandwiches in half & serve hot with a side of green salad. Enjoy !
