Step 1

Using a peeler, make large ribbons with the zucchini (leaving the skin on). Do the same with the carrot (peeling it first).

Heavy cream

Step 2

Preheat the oven to 180°C. Mix the cream and egg in a bowl. Season.

Pie crust (ready-to-bake)
Zucchini
Carrots (fresh)
Whole grain mustard

Step 3

Grease a pie dish and lay out the short pastry. Prick the pastry with a fork and spread mustard on the bottom. Place the ribbons in rows from the edges inwards, alternating a row of zucchini and a row of carrots.

Step 4

Pour the cream mixture in the tart. Bake for 45 minutes.

Step 5
