Make sure you have...
Stovetop, Frying pan
Step 1
In a pot of boiling water, cook the eggs undisturbed for 10 min. Place the eggs in cold water to stop the cooking. Delicately peel the hard boiled eggs & set aside.
Step 2
Meanwhile, in a hot pan, add the bacon & cook 2 min, on high heat, until brown & crisp on both sides. Remove the bacon & set aside on a paper towel-lined plate.
Step 3
In the same pan, add the chicken. Season all over with salt & pepper & cook undisturbed for 3-4 min on each side, over medium heat.
Step 4
Meanwhile, peel & finely chop the red onion.
Step 5
Wash & chop the lettuce.
Step 6
Wash & slice the tomatoes into rounds.
Step 7
Slice the chicken into bite-sized pieces, if you wish.
Step 8
Spread the mayonnaise onto the tortilla wrap. Add the lettuce, tomatoes, red onion, hard-boiled eggs cut into quarters, crispy bacon & chicken.
Step 9
Fold the sides of the tortilla into the center, then bring the bottom of the tortilla over to the top & roll until you have a tight wrap. Slice in half & enjoy !
