Make sure you have...
Stovetop, Frying pan
Step 1
Finely chop the lettuce.
Step 2
Wash then cut the cherry tomatoes in half.
Step 3
In a large container, grate the onion or finely chop it and do the same with the garlic. If you have some, add finely chopped parsley. Add the ground beef*, salt, pepper then mix with a fork. Check out our tips for this step
Step 4
Form a ball of approx. 80g, using your hands.
Step 5
Take a tortilla & place the meatball in the middle. Crush it with a fork or with your fingers, so as to distribute the meat over the surface of the tortilla in a thin even layer.
Step 6
Heat a non-stick pan with a small drizzle of olive oil, then place the tortilla meat side down. Cook it for 2 to 3 minutes over high heat. Turn the tortilla over & continue cooking for another 30 sec.
Step 7
Remove from the heat, add the lettuce, cherry tomatoes, and a few slices of red onion if you have any left. Salt, pepper and sprinkle with crumbled feta. Add a few sprigs of parsley if you have some*. It's ready ! *Check out our tips for this step
For a truly flavoursome dish, we suggest seasoning the beef with a Mexican spice blend & serving the taco with salsa.
