Step 1

Whisk the eggs in a bowl.

Camembert

Step 2

Cut the camembert into quarters.

Bread crumbs (plain)

Step 3

Dip the camembert in the egg and then into the breadcrumbs. Continue the same process to get a thick crust on each piece. Set aside.

Red apple

Step 4

Wash, then finely chop the apples (removing the skin if you wish).

Oil

Step 5

Heat some olive oil in a pan on medium-high heat and cook each side of the camembert for 30 seconds.

Spring mix lettuce

Step 6

Add the salad, apples and camembert to a salad bowl. Season with the dressing of your choice and enjoy!
