Whisk the eggs in a bowl.

Cut the camembert into quarters.

Bread crumbs (plain)

Dip the camembert in the egg and then into the breadcrumbs. Continue the same process to get a thick crust on each piece. Set aside.

Wash, then finely chop the apples (removing the skin if you wish).

Heat some olive oil in a pan on medium-high heat and cook each side of the camembert for 30 seconds.
